In March 2025, he joined the team of JSC "UBRD" and took charge of the bank's business division.
Tretyakov Vasyl Valeriovych
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.
Has 36 years of work experience in Ukrainian bank institutions.
Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (specialized in Finance and Credit) and International Management Institute (specialized in Business Administration in the field of foreign economic activity). Has been holding this post since 2004. In May 2012, according to the Decision of the Management Board, he was appointed as the responsible employee for conducting the financial monitoring

Vladyslav Buzhak
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "UBRD", responsible for the efficient operation of the
interbank transactions and documentary business unit
. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He holds two higher education degrees: graduated from Vinnytsia Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Electric Power Stations" and from Vinnytsia Financial and Economic University, Faculty of Staff Retraining, with the qualification of Manager-Economist.
In June 2025, he joined the team of JSC "UBRD".
