Has 33 years of work experience in Ukrainian bank institutions.
Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (specialized in Finance and Credit) and International Management Institute (specialized in Business Administration in the field of foreign economic activity). Has been holding this post since 2004. In May 2012, according to the Decision of the Management Board, he was appointed as the responsible employee for conducting the financial monitoring
Held the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board since 2004.
Loktionov Oleg Yuriyovych (temporarily suspended due to the conscription for military service during mobilization)
Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank since January 2010.
Has 27 year of work experience in Ukrainian bank institutions.
Graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs (specialized in Jurisprudence, qualification – lawyer) and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (specialized in Finances, qualification – Master in Economic Sciences). Has been working at the Bank since 2005. Held the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Veres Marina Anatoliivna
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.
Work experience in banking institutions of Ukraine - 20 years.
She graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University named after V. Hetman and obtained a higher education in "International Economics" specialty with master's degree in international business management.
She has been working for the Bank since 2011 and held the position of the Head of Interbank Transactions Department.
