October 2009. O.Loktionov Acting Chairman of the Board

According to the decision taken on the 25th September, 2009, by the Supervisory body of the Public joint-stock company “Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development” Oleg Loktionov, deputy Chairman of the Board, is appointed to be acting Chairman of the Board of UBRD.
